Ann and I only got to know Gay well over the last 4 or 5 years since we have been coming out to Bolnuevo with Chris and Albie. Gay was a great friend, always welcoming us into the house, always with a meal ready whenever we arrived, even if it was early in the morning. She loved life, enjoying a smoke and a laugh and a glass (or two) of wine, and thats how those of us who knew her and loved her will remember her
